Apparently, the first season of "Conan: The Adventurer" will be available on Region 1 DVD, next month. Details, including cover art, are within the link below.

Hi, I'm new here and I have a question.  It's about a show that was on TGIF in the nineties, where a single mom was raising 5(?) children, three girls, two boys.  The oldest girl had a room that had a window seat and she would sit in it and talk to the man on the moon.  I think the mom was a seamstress.  She worked out of the house and took in a boarder for extra income.  If anyone knows the name of this show, please tell me.  My sister wants to know too.

we are trying to figure out a show that was on in the 80's. my mom is the only one that remembers it, but there was a guy walking down a path singing about his "happy feet" and the camera would go down and show his feet. i apparently used to break out into song in the store when i was really little but we have no idea what show it was.

can anyone help?!?!?!?!

Family Matters has come to Nick at Nite! I went around looking for a FM community, and I couldn't find one. So got_any_cheese exists to serve all your Urkelly needs. And I know this probably won't mean much to most of you, but I love how Nick is running the original end credits, all the way up to Reginald VelJohnson's little credit spiel at the end. ABC Family liked to hack that bit off. In fact, I didn't like ABC's edits at all. Thank goodness Nick is doing the show justice.

*happy sigh*

And, as always, there's larry_and_balki, dedicated to Perfect Strangers, the awesome show that spun off Family Matters. I'd like to see that one back on TV, too. My DVDs are worn out.

Hey everybody!

The folks over at AlmacksDanceHall.com went to the Van Halen show
on May 23rd at Madison Square Garden. There is a hilarious review
of it up on the site. Here's a little taste of it:

"For me, the original Van Halen is one of few bands that actually have
both amazing showmanship AND solid musicianship to back it up. David
Lee Roth is the ultimate entertainer and has an immeasurable amount of
charisma and energy, even now. He emerged on stage wearing a circus
ringmaster jacket and for a fleeting moment I thought I was accidentally
at the comeback performance of Ziegfried and Roy. But Diamond Dave was at
his best– beaming personality, physically fit, and acting like a surprisingly
appropriate version of himself from days ago. He channeled his old persona,
but thankfully he recognized no one wanted to see a 50 year old humping an
inflated microphone in a spandex number. Me especially. His vocals and moves
are completely intact, and he delivered all the sass and sleaze we have come
to associate with his over the top performances. A high point for me was
when Roth referred to having sex as “getting leg.” Guess what? I’m officially
stealing that phrase and using it from this point forward."
